Welcome to Surf Stuff! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. General Information
- Website Ownership: Surf Stuff operates exclusively online at www.surfstuff.co.za. We specialize in providing high-quality surfing-related products across South Africa.
- Operating Location: All orders are processed and dispatched from Randburg, Johannesburg.
- 100% Online Operation: We do not offer in-person collections or allow customers to arrange their own couriers. All orders are shipped through our selected courier service.
2. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Service: All orders are shipped via The Courier Guy Overnight service.
- Shipping Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2 PM, Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same day.
- Shipping Costs: All prices on the website exclude shipping fees, which are calculated and added at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all orders within South Africa.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information on the same day.
3. Payments
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed through our website using Yoco, a secure payment gateway that offers advanced 3D-Secure technology for card transactions. Bank EFT payment is also available.
- Customer Data Protection: We do not store credit card details and do not share customer information with third parties.
- Order Processing: Orders are only accepted and processed upon successful payment through our website.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with the factory seal intact.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@surfstuff.co.za. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 5 days.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
5. Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled if the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return under our Returns Policy.
6. Exchanges
- Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange a product for a different size, you are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
